Taste of Indore – Multi-Restaurant Food Delivery App
By using the Taste of Indore app,and website you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Taste of Indore, partner restaurants, delivery personnel, and customers.
Business Details
Taste of Indore is registered as a proprietorship under the name 'Taste of Indore'. Registered address: F74, Yashwant Plaza, Near Railway Station, Indore.
1, Delivery Timeliness
Deliveries will be made by Taste of Indore's own delivery boys. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 minutes (continuously for more than 3 orders), the 3rd order's payment will be refunded.
2, Incorrect Orders & Replacements
If the customer checks the order in front of the delivery boy and finds it incorrect, a replacement will be provided immediately. If the issue is found after delivery, the customer must contact the restaurant or Taste of Indore. Refund will be possible only if the restaurant agrees. If they do not agree, replacement will be done only after the order is returned in the same condition
3, Payments to Restaurants
Payments will first be received in Taste of Indore's account. Settlements will be made every Monday and Friday for payments confirmed till 11:59 PM of the previous day. Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments are allowed.
4, Menu & Packaging
Restaurants can manage their own menu but must first inform Taste of Indore; updates will be visible after approval. Packaging must be proper and sealed. More than 5 complaints of loose packaging will require explanation, and more than 10 may result in removal from the app.
5, Customer Data Privacy
Customer data may be shared with restaurants only when required for order fulfillment. Data will not be shared for marketing purposes without consent. Restaurants are not allowed to share this data further.
6, Delivery Boy Misconduct
If a delivery boy is found engaging in fraud or illegal activities, customers may complain to Taste of Indore. If the issue is unresolved, they may escalate the complaint to authorities. Taste of Indore is not responsible for such misconduct and does not support it.
7, Order Issue Time Limit
Complaints regarding incorrect or damaged orders are valid only within 3 hours of delivery. Refunds are possible only if the restaurant agrees.
8, Order Cancellations & Refunds
If the customer cancels within 2 minutes of placing the order, a full refund will be issued. After 2 minutes, no refund will be given. If the restaurant cancels, a full refund will be provided. If the delivery boy cancels after pickup, the full amount will be refunded or the same order will be redelivered upon request.
9, Liability
Taste of Indore is responsible only for food-related issues. Disputes between customers, restaurants, and delivery boys outside food delivery are not the company's responsibility. Taste of Indore reserves the right to suspend delivery boys for misconduct.
10, Order Value & Discounts
Orders must be above ₹1. Discount coupons apply only for orders above ₹100. Delivery charges shown in the app will apply as per the order value.
11, Account Creation & Verification
Customers must verify their phone number and enter their name. Restaurant accounts will be created by Taste of Indore and login credentials will be shared
after approval.
12, Delivery Zones
Delivery will be made only within defined zones. Deliveries outside this area will not be allowed by Taste of Indore. If done, it will be at the discretion of the customer and delivery boy, and Taste of Indore will not be responsible.
13, Offers & Discounts
All offers and discounts are managed solely by Taste of Indore. Restaurants wishing to provide their own offers must seek approval, after which the offer will be created and displayed.
14, Misuse of App
Customers, restaurants, and delivery boys are prohibited from misusing the app. Taste of Indore reserves the right to take action in case of misuse, including account suspension.
15, Amendments
Taste of Indore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All users will be notified via the app. Not reading notifications will not be the responsibility of Taste of Indore.
16, Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with Indore as the place of jurisdiction.
